Hi I've been looking for some help with the following problem I have:

I'm trying to create a pulse counter using the serial port. The idea is to
count the number of interrupts created by the serial port on the pins DTR,
RTS,CTS, DTR, DSR or  RI. between two timer-ticks.

I'm really stuck please help me guys!
