Hello.

I recently ported to XDelta 1.1.1 to DJGPP. XDelta can produce diffs for
binary files, so it's useful for distributing diffs between two .tar.gz
files.

As Eli has discovered, XDelta's documentation is a bit brief. Is anyone
interested in documenting XDelta 1.1.1 and its libraries? It is a not a
particularly complex program, but currently there is no real documentation
for it - only a brief man page.
