    I would like to work with the pcap library which I understand is
cross-platform.  If any thng I would like to incorporate tcp in-general with
DJGPP.
I don't have a UNIX system, and I was hoping to work with network libraries
with DJGPP(DOS/win98).  How can I set this up?
