You propose to: ADD a point for every 32kb of package (rounded up to a multiple of 32kb) and SUB a point or a few for every nice feature. This way, originally assuming that the higher the score the better the program I conclude that the program must be damn HUGE (on the Megabytes scale) and DO NOTHING in order to achieve MAXIMUM SCORE.
