There's no syntax to write a binary integer constant in C. In this case, B115200 is not a binary constant, however (binary constants can only have digits 0 or 1). I'm guessing that B115200 is a macro for setting the UART to work at 115200 baudrate. It should be defined by some header included by the source file you are trying to compile.
