I have the source code for Quake 2 if you want it.. I can ask a friend of mine for the code of Quake 1 - if he hasn't thrown it away yet (he offered me a copy, I subsequently trashed it because I wasn't going to use it anyway). I really don't remember how they did the networking, but I assume they just included some drivers for some std cards and did it directly. Perhaps you should mail the people at iD soft - they've been pretty forthcoming about this.. I'll mail the friends - see if he has the code. If he does, I'll get a copy from him and if you want it (tell me) send it to you. Greetz! Ronald
