A known problem: NTVDM crashes when you run DJGPP programs nested more 
than 2 levels (i.e. prog1 calls prog2 which calls prog3).  Unfortunately, 
there's no known work-around, and Microsoft doesn't seem to be eager to 
fix this bug.
