I compile WATT-32 for DJGPP frequently, and have the latest version available from Gisle Vanem's site, compiled with DJGPP 2.03 and GCC 2.95.2. The library compiles "out of the box" without difficulty. I have built programs with it, including the DJGPP port of the lynx browser, the DJGPP port of wget, a DJGPP port of w3m, and most recently a DJGPP port of openssl. These programs link with a "-L/path_to_watt32/lib -lwatt" without difficulty. I presume that you are including the WATT-32 header files in your compilation. Is the problem compiling the libwatt.a file, or linking it into your program? It doesn't require any other libraries to function. You might find more help from those who deal with WATT-32 all the time at the WATT-32 mailing list.
