It depends on what do you mean by ``a C beautifier''. There's Indent which someone already mentioned. Then there's Enscript (v2gnu/ensNNNb.zip), which is a pretty-printer that highlights parts of code so that they look pretty in print. Emacs has a built-in pretty-printer (type "M-x ps-print-buffer-with-faces RET").
