1) This mail had a Word 8.0 (Office 97), please avoid sending such attachments, they
are hard to view.
2) You can just do "copy file prn" in the DOS prompt, it should output "file" to the
"prn" (printer) device.
3) You can use RHIDE 1.4.7.x to print the code (File|Print).
