Miller I have used DJGPP and ALLEGRO successfully on Windows 95 / 98 Now I have everything setup under Windows NT ..... The DJGPP part works great and I can build full *.exe's with Allegro .... BUT ..... I can only get low resoulution (320x 240) Graphics Modes .... Any of the high modes bomb out immediately .... you know ....... set_gfx_mode( ); On the DJGPP FAQ's pages under "Will it run under Windows NT" These observations are mentioned ...... That Windows NT does not support SVGA modes ....(?) yet when in Windows Mode of NT I can go to very high resolution and color depth on my video board (Rage 128 - 16 Meg - very new and hot) ...... I confirm exactly what others are saying .....only low (I mean really LOW) res modes available Do the Allegro "guys" Shawn Hargreaves and others know about this Windows NT graphics mode problem ???? I would appreciate any comments you have / know on this general subject (Medium to High resolution modes with Allegro under WindowsNT) Many Thanks, Victor L.
