I just installed djgpp and rhide and typed in a = couple of=20 sample programs (hello.cpp and conversion.cpp -- easy stuff), and when I = compile, I get the message:

Error in DJGPP instalation (yes, "installation" is=20 misspelled)

Environment variable DJGPP is not = defined

There were some errors

OK, what really easy thing am I missing here? = (I've=20 double-checked my installation directions and reinstalled=20 twice.)
