I don't know why, but on Sept 1st around noon EST the djgpp mailing
list file was emptied.  That means no email, no archives, no gateway
to new.  I've recovered what I suspect is mostly the right list by
scanning my sendmail logs, and I'm working on fixing the archives.
I've also added yet another level of security and backup to the list
files (I *do* do backups, but I didn't notice this soon enough, and
the backup file I needed got rotated out).

So, if you know of someone who still isn't getting djgpp email, please
just have them re-subscribe.
