However, to be able to help you, we need to no what your problem is. Are you getting any errors? My guess is, that you get a message that says something about an installation error. If this is true, you should check whether the changes you made to config.sys and autoexec.bat had any effect. Type set at the command prompt. This will get you a list of the defined envrionment variables.
