Are you sure you are getting the new man -: pages, not the old ones? Yes. The previous binary archive (234320 bytes) did not contain man pages. And I always remove a previous release (using its .mft file) before installing a new one. The newly released archive (305225 bytes) has man pages for five programs (locatedb, xargs, locate, updatedb, find) in man/cat1 and man/cat5. -: > the info files don't work with the 2.03 version of `dir' -: -: Findutils have several entries in DIR. Which one(s) don't work, and -: why? This was very strange. After unzipping the archive (and before updating `dir') just typing `info find' produced a crash and stack trace. Yet the headers in the .info files from the old and new distro are identical. I can't figure this one. I'm away from my DJGPP box or I would run some additional tests.
