 As far as I know you can only create 32 bit applications for DOS or
Windows.

Even if you're running a x86 processor, it's impossible  to run a
binary created with DJGPP under *NIX, BeOS or Macintosh.

Bur there are good emulators that *fake* a Microsoft OS, so with one of
them you can run your programs on all OS's
