I don't think that such a resource exists; at least I'm not aware of anything beyond what's in the FAQ. Theoretically, the DPMI spec and the Intel Pentium manuals should be all you need. If that's not enough, I suggest to ask specific questions here. This issue is too broad to ask general questions.
