In fact, C++ Builder is a visual development environment just like Visual C++ (if you heard of it). As for DJGPP, it's a compiler for DOS, so you can't do with it windows programs. but you may find some nice libraries that will make your DOS program look like winodows one. :) Good Luck Alexei A.
