Some related notes: I looked through current contents of v2gnu on ftp.cdrom.com gcc-2.8.1, gcc-2.95 and gcc2.95.1 related archives are mostly (but not fully removed): gcc-2.8.1 - there still g77-0523.zip which is useless without gcc-2.8.1 gcc-2.95 - there still g77-295b.zip, readme-gcc295.txt gcc-2.95.1 - there still g772951b.zip, readme-gcc2951.txt gcc-2.7.2.* - there still gpc20*.zip which also are useless withut corresponding version (one of gcc-2.7.2 or gcc-2.7.2.1) About GPC: GPC-19990118 were in DJGPP port of egcs-1.1.2 which is now totally removed. This is only removed piece I think it could be usefull to return Also x2ftp.oulu.fi still have outdated DJGPP distribution (they seems to have been stopped mirroring about 2 years ago). Andris
