Well, Demon are offering 42 pounds/week, and Freeserve are offering 49
pounds/week, so it's not a lot more.

Yes, and the point I was making was that AFAIK almost everyone in America
has cable - it's a standard thing. However, in the UK the majority of people
do not have it.
