If you are asking whether it is possible to create win32 GUI based applications (like wordpad for example) using DJGPP+RSXNTDJ, the answer is yes it can sertainly do this. In addition it can also create win32 console based apps too. Since the DJGPP FAQ has alot more about RSXNTDJ reading the FAQ would be a Godd Thing (tm).
