Thanks to everyone for the prompt responses and information; it was all very
helpful! Now that I have downloaded g772952b.zip, I would like to know if I
need to upgrade to gcc-295 to actually
use the Fortran compiler. I currently use gcc-281; is the compiler in
g772952b.zip compatible with gcc-281?
