Either: 1) type it manually.. eg: C:\DJGPP\ALLEGRO\> C:\DJGPP\BIN\MAKE.EXE 2) change the order of your %PATH% settings as to put C:\DJGPP\BIN before other compilers (such as Borland, Watcom, or others)..
