Did it again after a reboot too. Oh, and the colours (for RHIDE) got screwed up earlier. As for reproducing it, http://www.odysseys.net/adam/BTOLd_BSOD.zip contains all the stuff I was working with at the time (and a few others.) Just unzip them into a dir, run BTOLd.exe, hit 'y' for a few iterations and it BSODs. For me anyways.
