But it turns out that after g77 compiled, the MPI functions in the object files change it's name to lower case. Then, when I link those object files with the MPI library ( in which most of the functions have the name like MPI_xxxx ), it gives me the error that those functions were undefined. I'm using Windows NT with V2 of DJGPP. Any help is appreciated. Fan
