I've written a Tank Wars Clone that is over 80% complete. The game so far works on my own computer (almost perfectly except for the bugs that I know about). But the game doesn't work on any others. I've zipped it right as I checked it again on my own computer (by unzipping the zip into a different folder and running from there and it worked good). By doesn't work I mean that: You select your Tanks and give yourselves names and etc. but as soon as it gets to drawing the battle field it gives either a GPF or a Page Fault... and the bad thing is that I can't duplicate the error on my computer. And this is about as far as I can narrow the fields down. oh yeah as I have written before, the platform that I run it on doesn't seem to matter. I have Windows 98, one of my friends has Windows 95 OSR2 and the other has Windows 98 also. The specifications of my computer: Pentium II 350 ATI Rage Pro (8MB) 64 MB of RAM Specifictions of a sample test computer: Pentium III 500 Diamond Viper 770 Ultra 128 MB of RAM These are the only things that I can see relating to the bug. My program runs under VESA 2.0 mode (640X480X8bit). > > Could you please post some more details like, what exactly do you mean > when you say that it doesn't work on other computers.
