The line "path=%PATH%" is unecessary. The line "path=C:\Program Files\Mts" overrides the line "PATH=d:\DJGPP\BIN". I suggest you change the lines "path=%PATH% path=C:\Program Files\Mts" to the line "set PATH=%PATH%;C:\Program Files\Mts".
