To: djgpp AT delorie DOT com DJ-Gateway: from newsgroup comp.os.msdos.djgpp Reply-To: djgpp AT delorie DOT com greetings, I had posted a message last week about the problem I've been having with the latest version djgpp with RHIDE interface. I used the form on the Delorie web page to select the install packages I needed for win95 djgpp and RHIDE. Here is everything I downloaded and unzipped in the djgpp directory. bnu281b.zip bnu281d.zip copying.dj djdev202.zip faq211b.zip gcc281d.zip gcc295b.zip mak377b.zip mak377d.zip pdc22.zip readme.1st rhide14b.zip txi312b.zip The problem is simple, right out of the box if I run Rhide and create a new project, then I use any of the RHIDE commands to compile, make or run the program (any program) it gives me the following error. Cannot specify -o with -c or -S and multiple compilations If I run 'gcc welcome.c' everything words fine. I looked in the FAQ and readme's and I didn't notice any mention of special configuration aside from adding the lines to the autoexec.bat for the path info. I looked everywhere in the options for any switches like -o, -c or -S but there doesn't seem to be anything in there. I would appreciate some insight. thank you for your time. Andy
