I thought it was possible to set up a user-screen output within RHIDE
but can't find any info in the docs.  Can this be done?  Would
appreciate any info.

Also, when "running" the hello.exe from RHIDE no output appears in the
user-screen but everything is printed as expected when "tracing".  The
program also executes fine from the command prompt.  Any ideas?  TIA.
