Can one have details about your mouse driver
- I mean the one that uses the Int33 interrupt
in your program ? I assume that the Int33 service
provided by both versions of Windows are +/-
bugfree. However on Win 3.1 it still depends
from the origin of the .drv . E.g. the
Logitech one lmouse.drv should be used.
