The mouse works with Me$$-DOS Editor 98 on my machine running Sindows 98 + SP1, and it worked on Windows 3.1, Windows 3.1 + Win32s, and Sindows 95. (Shows where I think Micro$~1 screwed up the codebase. "NT: Nothing but Trash.")
