Have you read the readme.1st file ?
You should also have added
SET DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV
PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH%
in AUTOEXEC.BAT.
(I'm assuming you've installed it in C: )
