The only address, I currently know is "ftp.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2k/lsck073b.zip" for the none beta version or "/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2k/beta/ls074b3.zip" for the beta version.
