Last time I looked, the best documentation available still was in the documentation .zip that came with the original GRX 1.02 (back in the days when DJGPP didn't use nor support DPMI, yet). IIRC, the same docs are also available in the 'docs/old' subdirectory of the current version. Those docs may be old, but they're still the most adequate description available, it seems.
