I don't know. You need to define a criterion for when a question is frequent enough to be a candidate for inclusion. The criterion for the full FAQ is quite liberal: usually, a question that is asked more than 5 times eventually gets into the FAQ. You want to lift that ramp quite a bit, or else you'd need to rename the ``short FAQ'' to a ``long FAQ'' ;-) As for this specific question, the frequent variant is why Hello world program is so large. I have never before seen a question about libsocket programs being large.
