Hi everyone.  I know how to program in C and C++, and I would like to learn
about Windows programming.  I can't find ANY books on Win32 programming or
any tutorials for them.  Would anyone please tell me where I can find a
tutorial for writing Windows programs?  It would also be great if you get
tell me about any books.  I would greatly appreciate it!
