Personally, I prefer to use it from within Windows, but that's only because I'm reading HTML tutorials and Alt+Tab-ing back and forth between them and RHIDE. What I did (and I'm a beginner, so experienced people check me on this,) was create a shortcut to RHIDE and a new directory called c:\djgpp\rhideout. Then, modify the shortcut (r. click, Propeties, Program) and change the working directory to c:\djgpp\rhideout. This way the .EXEs you create with RHIDE end up in rhideout. Also, when you first start RHIDE you must go to the Directories tab under Options and enter all the paths for your sources, includes, and other such stuff. (This is needed no matter how you use RHIDE, but as a beginner it took me a minute to figure that out.) Visit my space: members.tripod.com/rewindsindex/ email: rewind(at)operamail.com
