My copy of Concurrent DOS is so old (3.0 from 1988) it doesn't even mention PM programs :( I sent a note to the guy who runs GEM World and the CP/M site (http://www.mathcs.emory.edu/~cfs/cpm/index.html) asking if he knows anything about whether Caldera has it or not.. ~REZ~
