I'm confused: do you mean that they give up straight away, or that they run normally but then produce this error when you quit from the program? In any case, I'm afraid I can't help you with this problem. Everything works fine for me, so it must be related to some interaction between the Allegro code and your video drivers, which is impossible to debug without having access to a machine that demonstrates the problem.
