All are Windows console and GUI compilers, just that Visual Studio has a pretty interface and more tools (and maybe more up to date headers and libraries, but that's not a major problem). Personally, I'd much prefer a free GNU compiler that I have full access to the source and the developers, and can report bugs easily. Anyway, just my opinion.
