Dear Tom,
I suppose that you are trying to write a DOS CD application having posted to
this newsgroup. A very valuable source of information for questions about
DOS programming is Ralf Brown's interrupt list, which contains information
about MSCDEX programming, CD IOCTL driver requests etc.
What you should do is to read the CD's Table Of Contents, which can be done
using one of those requests. As the whole interrupt list is quite a large
download (>2.5 MB), I could provide you with the parts you need if you want.
