    If you are having trouble accessing this newsgroup then there are a
couple of alternatives you can use.

    Deja News (http://www.deja.com) provides a web based interface to alot
of newsgroups. You can read messages and post messages from there.

    DJ Delories site (http://www.delorie.com) keeps an searchable archive of
this newsgroup on his website, you can find alot of helpful information
there.

    There is also a mailing list which can send you the posts from this
newsgroup (be warned: there can be 50-100 messages per day) or you can have
daily or weekly digests (for more information look here

    From the sound of your message you have a little trouble with English,
try posting (or sending to the mailing list) in your native language. There
may not be as many people that can help but you'll be able to understand the
response much better.
