EGCS has a test suite.  You can get its latest snapshot at

ftp://egcs.cygnus.com/pub/egcs/snapshots/1999-07-14/egcs-tests-19990714.tar.gz

I believe it requires a lot of special stuff to run, though, including
DejaGNU and TCL.
