Get it - v2gnu/gtxt032b.zip from SimtelNet or its mirror. BTW, when you get it, remove line saying @INCLUDE_LOCALE_H@ from file libintl.h, otherwise you will be unable to use it. Another way to get Turbo Vision working is not to use gettext library, but rename file from TV distribution called nointl.h to libintl.h Laurynas Biveinis
