I don't know, as I never looked into the package you are trying to
build.

WATTCP is one possibility, libsocket is another (but only for Windows
9X).

If that doesn't help, try to understand what network-related functions
are needed by the package, and post here their names.  Then somebody
who knows about these things will probably be able to advise you where
to find them.
