I don't see how you can possibly think that the development of djgpp is less than completely open. Yes, you won't see much discussion of development issues on comp.os.msdos.djgpp, but that is because it is mostly an end-user support forum. The development work happens on the djgpp-workers mailing list, which is open to anyone who wants to subscribe there, and archived on www.delorie.com. Plus the very second link you at the top of the djgpp pages is to the CVS database, where you can get sources for the very latest in-progress versions. What could possibly be more open than this? If you don't choose to follow all this work, that is just because you aren't subscribed or looking in the right places... Shawn Hargreaves.
