When you say Win-CGI, I assume you mean Windows executables. A CGI is simply an executable which is called by the HTTP server. A good idea would be to get your hands on the Perl Resource Kit from O'Reilly publishers. Perl is an easy language, and the resource kit includes Windows extensions for access to ODBC etc. If I can be of any more assistance, you may email me personally.
