I am a student studying for my final year in a Software Engineering Degree. My Degree research project is called "Game Development Tools" and it aims to attempt to prove that certain types of game engines are best suited to certain game genres. It also aims to produce a list of specifications for programming tools used in game development. Whether you are a games player or developer I need your help badly and fast! :) I am attempting to gather some final data for my project by using two very quick and simple questionnaires. One questionnaire is for game players and the other is for game developers. I must stress that I am conducting this research purely as part of my Degree project and am therefore only interested in your views and not your details (I do not even ask for your name). Please help me get some data together, I need it fast because I am a little behind schedule on my project! :) Each questionnaire should only take a couple of minutes for you to fill out (its just a matter of ticking a few boxes) and I will be extremely grateful. They can be found at the following web page under "Feedback" :- http://www.aic.co.uk/~james/gdt/ Thanks A LOT in advance.
