I used to use my ISP's news server, but it was extremely inconvenient, and my connection was usually quite slow. Your other option, though this won't allow offline reading, is to go to www.dejanews.com. Also, this ng is on most ISP news servers. if they don't have it, write to your ISP to request it. BTW, if you have MSN, or any of the other major providers, and they don't have it, you can consider it almost a lost cause as to getting their attention.
