Read the Faq, section 8.7.  It tells you to add these three lines to the
bottom of you djgpp/share/rhide.env file.  Your rhide.env file comes as
rhide_.env.  Rename it.

RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cc=stdcxx
RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cpp=stdcxx
RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cxx=stdcxx
